We begin 2012 by welcoming many new families to Hill CDC!  Please take a moment to introduce yourselves to those you have yet to meet as you bump into each other in the hallways.

Winter Conferences:    We have a  ”Sign Up Sheet” for Winter conferences. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet you child’s teachers, look at your child’s portfolio, and go over any questions or discuss concerns you may have.

February 10, 2012: Please mark your calendars!! Our mighty Hill kids will be the featured artists for this months MAJIC concert. Each child will have at least one piece of their own art work displayed in the Narthex area. We plan to have an “artists reception” before the concert, so please invite friends and family to come meet and greet your child! Event starts at 7pm!

Hill Penny Drive: This month we will begin our year long penny drive! Our hope is to collect 400,000 pennies (or $4,000) this year to be used for new or updated technology in the classrooms. We have already received a $1,000  matching grant which will hopefully  increase the total raised to $5,000! Examples of technology use include providing lap tops for all classrooms, large screen monitors for video and computer accessibility, and speakers connected to the server drive. Thank you for your continued support on our Hill projects!

Check out our Hill picture below! Earlier this week, a movie was being filmed outside of our facility and the crew let the kids take a picture by the car they were using in the movie! The kids had a great time watching them film!
